What a whirlwind weekend it has been! On Thursday afternoon family started to arrive, on Friday night Shira and I hosted a dinner for out of town folks, on Saturday I spent the day playing with my cousins and then on Sunday, my brother got married! The ceremony, food and dancing were all perfect. I know I had a blast because today I was so exhausted I had to take a nap in the middle of the day to try to further my recovery.
It's hard to pick even a few top moments from the weekend because there were so many. I'd say that watching Maryn walk down the aisle to Princess Bride, watching David walk in alone to the reception and wait for Maryn while Waiting on a Woman played, and downing four shots of whiskey during an especially rowdy tisch were top moments. Oh yeah, pigging out at the Mexican burrito bar during the appetizers was up there on the list, too.
I just know that I had a blast and couldn't be happier for my brother and sister-in-law. What a match!
