Caption Me - What Was I Trying To Say?

I'm trying to make sense of the notes I took last night on a fairly lengthy conference call. So far, so good. And then I flipped the page and see this diagram with this un-intelligible word (lolam?).

OK crowds, if you're so smart, tell me what the heck I was trying to tell myself with this elegant diagram?

    okay, I've stared & stared, and then I went to MoreWords...so thinking the 'L' could be 'C' or 'V', the 'M' could be an 'R'... and the only remotely close word I can find is 'volar'

    volar a. - Of or pertaining to the palm of the hand or the sole of the foot.

    I hate to say it but I think your out of luck....
