The Team Building Umbrella

Here's a fun team exercise...

1. Get a too-fancy-for-its-own-good umbrella from Harvard business school

2. Break it so it doesn't close

3. After multiple folks have tried, unleash your development team on the problem

4. Have them "fix it." Sure, you end up with a still broken umbrella. But now it's folded and the team is less stressed because we got to take it out on the umbrella.
