Um. I know I probably don't even have to mention this, but no, Ben, you are not the first person to put that tex mex veggie stuff on wheat bread. I eat wheat bread almost every day and as the kosher thing limits me at the local grocery store near where I work, I have indeed utilized the tex mex in every conceivable way.
Is that the dutch ovens wheat bread? Double fiber perhaps? I love that stuff. Eat it almost every day for lunch at work.
That's awesome! Totally best meal ever. Reminds me of how I used to eat lunch meat from the packages.

I also invented grape jam on creamcheese sandwhich when I was 5. Anybody else claiming that feat is probably just a delusional whacko.
ReplyDeleteHmmm, and here I thought I was being clever.
ReplyDeletePotentially, we can still make the claim that Ben Simon invented this dish.
I do love the tex mex, veggie and other veggie stuff in a bag. It tastes good and is (from what I can tell) good for you. Not a common combination.
Jam and Creamcheese? Whoa, I thought my brother Josh invented that.
Hmmm, I wonder if you can patent this sort of thing?
