Tonight we had Tasty Bite for dinner and it was so good I thought it deserved mention on the blog.
Tasty Bite is a family of Indian food that Shira's Sister introduced us to.
They are Kosher, vegeterian, and cook up in litterally 1 minute. Heck, they don't even need refrigeration.
You just smoosh them out of the packet, heat, and eat.
As super quick dinners go, it's hard to beat.
We like to serve ours with Uncle Ben's Rice. Now that's a combination you won't find at many Indian establishments.
