Let me get this straight. My cell phone company, the one that I trust for their superior telephonic capabalities, has to send me a post card telling me they have a billing issue?
The exact text: "we were unable to process the automatic payment for your account, and we need help resolving the matter. Please call us as soon as you can at 1-800-263-4388"
I have a novel idea - why don't they call me?
I have to imagine it would be cheaper to text message me than to send a post card. Yikes.
